			<description>The discovery process is the most critical phase of any development process, yet many clients do not understand why they have to do it, let alone pay for it. What they don't understand is how it saves them money down the line. Not only because the developers get a clear roadmap, but then the internal agreement amongst employees helps in the QA/acceptance phase of the project.
