Chris has been an entrepreneur and business visionary for nearly 25 years. During this span, Chris has launched over 15 successful businesses and has held senior level marketing and development positions in corporate environments producing outstanding artistic media productions and successfully leveraging innovative technologies to solve complex business problems.
Chris founded CNP Integrations in 2006 and formalized the business as Creative Networks Protocol Inc. in 2007.
He has built a solid Web 2.0 communications framework and business management infrastructure leveraging many innovative open source technologies. CNP has assembled a solid global team of web technology specialists, business managers and alliances with high profile strategic partners. Chris is a hands-on manager that guides CNP with the ambition to collaborate and empower clients with tools and technologies that will enhance their overall customer experiences and drive their companies profit to greater potential. Chris has positioned CNP to provide superior customer service and technical support through a blended outsource strategy and a flat organizational structure unique to the industry.
Chris is also a veteran entertainer, composer, and award winning audio, video and television producer with credits on albums nominated for the Grammy award. He is a recipient of innovation awards and even has a patent pending for his work involving interactive on-line training solutions and collaborative tools supporting DoD contracts for the US Navy... His innovative contributions have earned his employers and customers numerous awards including the prestigious "Act Project of the year 2006" for outstanding CMMI process improvement. Among his many roles at CNP, he provides hands on creative and technical direction for the product development teams and has built a solid network of strategic partnerships. Among the many software and programming skills and certifications; Chris has held DoD security clearance, is a Macromedia certified Professional - Flash MX and MX 2004 Designer-Developer, and is also Social Networking Web 2.0 CRM certified.
Sony Fernandes- President/Co-Founder Sony Fernandes- President - Co-Founder
Inspired by technology and what it can offer to bring people and communities together, Sony became a co-founder of Creative Networks Protocol Inc. and has been a driving force in successfully attracting quality leadership and resources to the organization. After achieving her first degree in Education, she began her career as a school teacher in Brazil and remains passionate about instructional design and community outreach. After moving to the US in 1992 to get her second degree in English as a second language she grew interest in the medical profession and completed her bacholors in Nursing at UMass Dartmath in 2001. She continued here studies to include another assosiates degree in alternative Therapy from Bristol Community College in 2003. Since, she has had a successful career serving at many regional hospitals and is a practicing RN as a Charge nurse at Brockton VA Hospital. With CNP, Sony offers subject matter expertise on training projects and translations for multi language portal projects and international relations. Her upbeat attitude and joyful personality bring as watchful eye on detail and drive to the leadership of this organization.
John McQuilkin: J.D., M.B.A., C.P.A.: CFO and BOD
As a senior financial executive with more than 24 years of financial and accounting experience, John McQuilkin serves as CNP’s Chief Financial Officer. Concurrent with his work with CNP, John is a full-time Assistant Professor of Accounting and Legal Studies at Roger Williams University.
John’s incredible wealth of knowledge in business and finance is a tremendous asset to CNP and all who have the pleasure to work with him. John’s experience as both a business executive and educator guides CNP’s Management Team not only with sound advice but with the vision to position CNP (and our clients alike) to best achieve our goals in an ever evolving business and technology climate.
Prior to CNP, John served as Senior VP/CFO for Advanced Financial Services, Inc., of Newport, RI, a privately held mortgage banking company with annual loan originations over $1.2 billion. At Bethlehem Steel he worked with the CFO in Investor Relations and Internal Auditing. John started his financial career in Los Angelis CA. specializing in Small Business Consulting for the accounting firm of Arthur Anderson. John currently serves on numerous corporate boards and is actively involved in advising community and faith-based organizations. He frequently lectures at public accounting firms on various technical accounting issues and topics.
John holds a MBA in Finance and Policy Studies from the University of Chicago and a J.D. in Business and Tax Law from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College.
John has been and continues to be a great coach and mentor for our management team and he loves the spirit of learning and inspiring others.
Donna Freitas - Account Services Manager Donna Fretias: Account Services Manager - Certified Quick Books Pro Advisor:
Donna manages CNP's internal accounting services and is our Sr. Consultant on QuickBooks Finance Integrations for small business (IAH CRM systems). Donna will provide CNP clients the seamless integration of their QuickBooks accounting systems into their newly created CRM systems. As a function of CNP's daily internal accounting functions, Donna is responsible for all accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as account reconciliation's and financial statement preparation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Roger Williams University and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor
Prior to CNP, Donna has worked in the finance departments of several medium to large size companies. In addition to general accounting, Donna's experience with these companies includes membership on system conversions/implantation teams, where she assisted with conversions to programs including Oracle and Baan. She has also held several supervisory positions, and has been an entrepreneur since the age of 16.

Jeremy Reger- Project Manager/Joomla Consultant Jeremy Reger: Project Manager/Developer/Joomla Consultant
Prior to coming to CNP Mr. Reger served in the US Air Force for six years, earning several awards and commendations. He is well studied in web development and dynamic content driven web site technologies. He is a self taught expert on the Joomla Content Management System and leads our development teams as our Joomla CMS project manager. In addition to his disciplined approach to delivering and executing customer projects he brings with him a wide range of experiences that allow him to successfully meet customer objectives. Jeremy provides project and account management, technical consulting, authors and delivers user training and is an active member of our Business Development Team.
Jeremy is a loyal family man and active in his Church. He is someone so gung ho about Joomla he considered changing his middle name to "Joom".
Freedom Flynn -eMarketingt Manager Freedom Flynn: eMarketing Manager
Freedom Flynn, manages our SEO/PPC marketing campaigns for the CNP Integrations community of web portals and is our chief consultant for Joomla SEF optimization. He has hands on background with Joomla portal development and holds a strong understanding of online trends, and is often ahead of the curve, when implementing strategies in eCommerce business model planning and online marketing to provide results. Since Flynn has worked in and with several varied industries this gives him a leg up in understanding several business models and how to make them sell online. Freedom has consistently provided immediate results in all relationships he has been involved in. Flynn also comes from a strong customer service and operations background which allows him to plan for the “unforeseen” in advance when implementing new strategies. This creates a pro-active construction of all planning and strategy he is involved in, and allows for lower customer churn and longevity. Freedom has consulted many start-ups to multi-million dollar a year ecommerce companies throughout the US and Denver metro area. This consists of eCommerce business planning and propositioning, forming short and long-term internet marketing strategies and a full review to current online properties to improve online traffic (organic and paid search results) while tapping into other available revenue streams and online marketing strategies to increase sales and conversion. Erika comes from a successful background in the parasitical industry and decided after years of executive experience to make a career change and pursue her passion for patent and intellectual property law. After extensive study and graduating with honors from Roger Williams School of Law, she joined CNP to manage our Legal Resources and internal legal affairs. Erika is a specialist in Intellectual Property, serving as an IP paralegal for Cubist Pharmaceuticals and Cytyc Corporation. Her IP internships were carried out at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Emembranes, Inc. Erika has proven to be an invaluable asset to the CNP family with her knowledge and attention to nuance and detail. She also currently works with Mitsubishi as an IP attorney. Some of Erika’s qualifications and affiliations include CPi, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.

Sarath is an accomplished Flash and joomla! Portal Developer/Designer that repeatedly and consistently provides CNP clients with exciting and innovative web portals that entice our client’s customers to freely interact with their websites. Sarath is continually identifying and testing technology trends, configuring components and modules to exceed CNP client expectations. Sarath’s design skills offer crisp Web 2.0 presentations and smooth interactive media integrations.
In addition, Sarath is also responsible for managing our on-site desktop support and internal network.
Manpreet Singh- Programmer/CRM Technical Support Team Leader Manpreet Singh: Info-at-Hand - Sugar CRM Specialist – Team leader
At CNP Integrations, Manpreet manages our CRM Installation, Service and Support team. Highly versed in the open source code of Sugar CRM and the many enhancements provided by info-at-hand, Manpreet draws upon his experienced team to deliver responsive CRM system support. Manpreet collaborates with CNP’s project management team and customers alike to identify and install components as well as program and develop custom integrations that deliver the greatest value and return on investment for customers. As CNP prides itself on collaboration partnerships with all of our clients, Manpreet and the CNP Team are readily available to provide continued support at a moments notice.
Valics Lehel - Systems Administrator Valics Lehel: Systems Administrator - Team Leader
At CNP, Valics manages our dedicated servers, system security and advanced server technical support. Valics provides maximum up-time for all CNP servers utilized both for internal corporate use and hosted client sites.
Valics proactively troubleshoots potential network outages and monitors the overall health of the CNP network infrastructure. He works closely with development and project management teams on newly created systems for acceptance and client hand-off. Valics promotes knowledge transfer and maintains a high level of teamwork His team manages data recovery programs for both CNP Service Contract clients and internal CNP servers.
Valics is a spirited entrepreneur with a background in software development. His team has built an impressive catalog of useful software applications and recently added an outstanding public portal products catalog.
Rob Joyce - Programmer - CMS Support Team leader Rob Joyce: Joomla! Support Specialist - Team Leader - Quality Assurance Manager
Rob Joyce is a 20-yr industry veteran as a Software Engineer and Information Architect working for Fortune 500 companies in his native home of Australia. Since the early stages of the joomla! open source project, he has been an active contributor and developer too some of the most popular 3rd party components available on the market today. Rob leads our joomla! Support Team and provides Quality Assurance Testing, Portal Design, and Programming Support for CNP customer portal projects.
Rob is an entrepreneur at heart and has many creative ideas in the works for extending the capabilities of joomla! with the further development of new feature rich components, modules and plug-ins. He has already helped CNP develop many custom solutions and implement several legacy system integrations that have saved CNP customers time and money.
Through Rob’s depth of technical expertise, CNP clients feel confident that their projects are stable and well supported. Cameron Cornuik- Special Projects/Customer Service Cameron Corniuk - Director of Special Projects -Documentation and Customer Service Specialist
Mr. Corniuk has worked in the telecommunications and media delivery fields since the year 2000. Operating as both an internal employee and later outside contractor, he worked on developing and implementing several new training and customer service initiatives for BellSouth Communications and SBC. He later worked alongside Qwest, Covad, New Edge Networks, and a handful of smaller ISPs. From 2000-2001, he worked as a freelancer for The News out of Kingstree, SC and has continued to work as a freelance fact checker and reporter. With MoonStar Media, Cameron served as Operations Manager, assisting in tech document creation, multimedia presentations, branding and corporate identity creative marketing while maintaining a team of collaborative experts. With CNP Cameron is a director of special projects and a member of CNP’s Business Development Team and is a regular contributor for supporting our training and tech documentation.
