Web Development and Portal Systems with Joomla CMS
Our team has been implementing CMS systems and dynamic web applications for many years. We have decided on the Joomla framework as our CMS of choice and the following links reflect some of our successful installations and configurations.

Flash Interactive UI with XML This site uses xml to dynamically populate the user interface. The xml file has html formatting with embedded images. There are several animation techniques, audio effects and music selections demonstrated in this presentation. It includes a great example of speaking character animations with text to speech technology by ATNT and characters buy Site-Pal (OddCast). The animated characters can be customized and are effective for training or engaging marketing presentations.
Since 2000 Chris Nielsen has been supporting Navy training and documentation development projects using extensive flash architectures for interactive and graphic delivery. Some of these projects included detailed equipment simulations, while others incorporated distance support collaboration tools and custom UI application development for CBT and web delivery. Our alliance with Alex Broadbent introduced powerful 3D modeling animation and programming for complicated training simulations and human systems integration testing.

To support distance training we have built several custom delivery frameworks. In 2004 Chris Nielsen received a corporate innovation award from ASFT Inc. for his contributions on several of these projects. The samples below demonstrate xml driven content leveraging the unique capabilities of a Flash platform and Flash Communication Server (FCS) technologies. The Mystic Holiday project embodies many creative media scenes, mini games, poetry and photo galleries set to relaxing music. It features a fully featured audio, video and text chat client for communicating with friends in a lounge type atmosphere. Make sure you "Take a Mystic Holiday" to get the full effect of this multimedia experience. This is an ongoing project and will evolve over time.
This design was built originally as a design study and to gather content for our new Creative Services Team portal. This can now be delivered and customized for either a static html site or php site which allows for easy maintenance and content modifications. This template can use iframes or AJAX to populate content from custom flash navigation components. This uses a random picture rotation from an xml list and image naming convention.
Note: Prior to starting CNP Integrations the Founder, Christopher Nielsen, worked 5 years for a Government Contractor that supported Navy training and technical documentation. Some of the works represented here are from past employment by Mr. Nielsen.
